Create New Google Forms

To create a new Google Form, follow these steps:

Go to Google Forms website Google Forms and sign in with your Google account. After clicking on the link you'll see a page looks like this one.

Choose a template by clicking the mentioned templates otherwise click on Template Gallery to see the sample of other forms or Start with a blank form.

Design your form by adding questions, sections, and images. You can choose from different question types such as multiple choice, short answer, and checkboxes. Click on the below mentioned icons to add sections to your Google Form.

After adding desired sections, you can customize the form's theme and layout. Click the theme/layout icon on the top right corner like mentioned in the below image. Where you can change the text style, background color and even you can add custom header image

Click on the eye icon to preview the form to make sure everything is working as you want it to work.

Once you are satisfied with the form, click on the "Send" button to share it with others via a link, email, or embed it on a website.

After Clicking on Send button it shows a page like this from where you can send your form to specific email address, get a direct link or embed the Google form to place it on your website/blog.

You can also choose to collect responses in a Google Sheet for further analysis. To access the responses, go to the Responses tab in the form editor.
